Default [AS3] ScrollPane doesn't dsiplay entire width

Hi People,

What I've done is load an external .swf into a movieclip container, then use the container as a scrollpane's source.

The external swf is 1200px wide, and the scrollpane and it's parent are 1000px wide.

It does load, and it does scroll, but it appears to have clipped off the last 50px of the external swf's width...

Any idea what the problem might be?

Found a solution.

I added a background layer with a white square 1200 px wide, that did the trick.

I had assumed the swf's width would be that of it's stage, but apparently not - it appears to stop at the end of the last item that wasn't dynamically added.
