Ok, if anyone knows how to do this in dreamweaver 4, Great..if not any cgi or other script of it would be great. I am too lazy to rip it off from an already made page:

A form that contains: (a) text field
(b) submit button
And if you click the submit button..it inserts whatever is typed into the field into the body of an e-mail and automatically sends it to a preset e-mail address. And if possible a script to send it to like a posting page (kinda like a guestbook) but one that is only viewable by the moderator.
