Has anybody ever used Wildform Flix Pro?

If so, did you use any other softwares to convert video into a web-friendly .swf file? Like Premiere or Cleaner? And do you think the way it compresses video good enough? Or do you think using Cleaner important to reduce the file size before converting them into .swf files?

Also, if you have any videos online that was compressed and converted into swf files using Flix Pro, show me the link.

if there is any chance to get MX 2004, u can now use FLV (flash video)
