Loading external files.

Hi,

Im new to flash and im stuck, I have looked all over for help on this but found nothing. I hope that someone here can give me a hand.

I am creating a site with flash, my problem is that I have made the navigation
and the content pages external .swf files. I need to beable to click a link in the navigation_mc and have it open another external .swf file into my content page.

Ok in short

I have external files index.swf - nav.swf - content.swf - home.swf
content.swf and nav.swf load up into index.swf
When I click (home) in nav.swf i want it to load home.swf into content.swf

Does this make sense to anyone or should I come back when Im not so tired

take a blank movieclip in some other new file,this file will be used as a base to load other files
and just load swf one by one i.e when u click navigation load nav.swf into that movieclip
the advantage of this method is u don't have to unload the previous swf when loading newer one it automatically removes prev file and loads newer one
