AS3 with MS Access

Hi everyone,
this is my first time in the forum (and im also a noob using AS and Flash!) so, plz, sorry if i do anything wrong.
I have to create an application, to run on a CD, that shows data from a MS Access database.
I read somewhere that it is possible using ActionScript 3.0, so i thought in use Flash CS3.The problem is that i dont know how to do to access de database.
It can't use any serve languages because it will run on a CD.
If anyone knows a better way to do this, i would like to hear.

There, a someone told that he saw a article of a guy that made it.

it won't work for you, becouse he is connecting to mySQL server (not database file).

well, I was already giving up of it.. my interesting was just about the learning...

for my application, i got a program called MDM ZINC. It can connect flash with databases (MS Access, MySQL and others) using a lot of functions of it own, without a server language.
Basically, it gets the .swf file (wich you have already programmed) and converts it in a .exe file, compiling the code you have inserted. It's not a free application, but it has a trial version.
