Default external compiler constants in Flash CS4?

hi,

is it possible to have compiler constants externally in a xml file for the Flash CS4 IDE.

I think other tools like Flash builder, FlashDevelop are allowing this.

any help would be appreciable.

hmmm

I am waiting; keep in mind that I am saying about externally;
