printJob.pageWidth is incorrect

printJob is driving me crazy and it's a short trip.

While authoring, printJob correctly reports the pageWidth as being different from paperWidth, but in a browser, pageWidth equals paperWidth, making it difficult to center a printed sprite, especially since the addPage command DOES know the correct top left corner as specified by the printer driver.

So everything is off by the difference between the pageWidth and paperWidth (and this also holds true for pageHeight).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
