help to play mp4 file

Hi,

I am a newbe here. I want to convert my mp4 files to swf format and I want to play those files only through my flash project not to play through any other player outside of my flash project.

Do you have Flash Media Encoder? What you could possibly do is convert any media you wish to play to .flv or .f4v, then just import those into your project. That is usually the easiest way for me.
