Flash DAE or texture issue - Major drama for this newbie!

Hi All - hoping someone can help me out here..

I am not a flash coder or designer, the flash programmer who did my site is no longer available (site done some time ago). I have just migrated my site over to Media Temple with a problem.. a big problem I am hoping to solve (somehow)..

The main image on the site (urbanmonk.com.au) - has a monk looking down at a book. The wireframe appears, but no image/texture of the book. I have checked all the links, ensured all the files are there as they were previously, checked permissions on the webserver - everything is ok - am not sure where to look now, or what to change - i have literally been through every single file on the site and everything is as it should be.. but something has happened either during the migration process or with Media Temple (who are not being very helpful)..

can someone please explain or have had a similar issue mayhaps? your time much appreciated ..
