Wink How can I make some object to appear when the cursor is on it?

>How can I make some object to appear when the cursor is on it (e.g. cross-art.hit.bg here when you go on the twitter icon some text appears)
>How can I make an object to be a button to another flash 'page' (e.g.cross-art.hit.bg when you click on one of the buttons on the bottom of the page it opens another 'page' ; also how to create more than one pages ?)
>And one more silly question, but is it Actionscript essential or you can do things like those I've described above without using it. I would really appreciate if you help me. I'm using Adobe Flash CS4
Thanks in advance

You can make text links in the authoring environment without writing actionscript.
Just select the textfield, and in the properties panel, enter the absolute url in the link field.

Fancy stuff, like rollover popup messages, and sophisticated internal project navigation requires actionscript.

Download and install the GAIA framework, and watch the tutorial videos.
This will get you up and running quickly (5-10 minutes for a functional site skeleton).
You will then have a project you can build on and learn from. Seriously, I wish this framework had been available when I was first learning.
