[AS3] Screencasting WITHIN Flash

I was wondering from anyone who has any Flash Media Server experience could tell me if it's possible to Screencast within Flash.

Essentially, I want to be able to capture everything that is happening on stage and stream it up to a server. I want the ability to play a video in the background, have a user draw on it, pause it, add voice comments with the microphone and even open their webcam and do an overlay video. Can someone tell me if this is even possible? Thanks!
