Default pause in AS?? not in time line..pause in code!

ActionScript Code:
_root.tarca.gotoAndPlay(2); pause("1");//want to pause for 1 frame this.loadVariables("some.txt", "txt2"); //loadinx txt from external text... stop();
I want to be able, when i call
ActionScript Code:
_root.tarca.gotoAndPlay(2);
to play 1 frame and then the code
ActionScript Code:
this.loadVariables("some.txt", "txt2");
executes....
and i dont know how to puse AS code for XX frames or miliseconds..

if someone needs sometimes :P
to "pause" on some frame for XXX miliseconds, you should use this
ActionScript Code:
if(MyInterval == undefined)     {     trace("pause");     var MyInterval = setInterval( function ():Void{   //pasue for 10 sec!                        },10000);     }
