Default Resizing VBox

Any one know how to make VBox resizeable like the attach picture?
In runtime not when design time. (after compiling the flex, I would like to resize VBox).
If it is not possible, what control should I use to make this kind of behaviour?

yeah the vbox is not a control you can really reasize like that, i suspect you know why. a canvas is prob best.
