Hi,
Im working for a company that has been contracted to produce Flash content for a load of Pocket PCs. These Pocket PCs don't come with the Pocket PC Flash Player pre-installed. Now, there seems to be some confusion about getting the Flash Player onto the PCs. I've seen that you can download it for free from the Macromedia website. But it suggests that its only free for developers. What about end users? Someone is suggesting they are charging $10. Has anyone had any experience of this? Thanks in advance thesquirrel |

There is Flash Lite Player and Flash Player.
Flash Lite i believe is V7, but has very limited capabilities and is generally used for cell phone applications. Flash Player is only V6, and is meant to run on PPCs. I know I've made PPC applications, but I didn't handle the Flash Player installation. I'm pretty sure the player is free though... |
