No offense, but if I was looking for free bread, the last place I'd go would be the bakery. Meaning, a lot of folks here feed themselves and/or families in some way with those above-listed tools, or ones related to them. That being said, as much as I'm not a big fan of them, I could point you to some sites that offer great templates for under $100, like bluegelmedia.com. (Plus, I'm not too sure a free template would be as in depth and of high enough quality to require .psd's, .ai's, and possibly css.)
