Scrolling Text Movie - Help Please

Hi. Hopefully this will be a simple issue for someone to help me with !

I have an image on screen and I want text to scroll from behind it...simple. The problem is that when I play the movie(of text scrolling) the text starts in the position below. The rest of the text then scrolls as I want it to, but I cant work out how to get the start position below my image.

I have done it as a movie so that I can apply alpha properties to it and loop it continuously...where am I going wrong ?

Do you have a .fla file we could take a gander at?
