textfield inside button?

Hi,

I want to make an input textfield inside a button. On the button must be a rollover event, but when I rollover the textfield inside the button i want to see the the I-beam (so users can see they can type) But when I roll over the button (around the textfield) I wanna see the "handcursor" I cant fix this, if I place the textfield inside the button i cant type in it (if there is an event on the button) but if i place the textfield outside of the button the rollover event of the button disapears when i roll over the textfield :S

can anyone help me on this one?
