Question create motion guide using actionscript

I want to know if it is possible to create a guide using actionscript codes and make another movieclip move in that guide?
I am going to make the line inside the guide with the Math.curveTo.
Is all of this even possible??

I was just thinking! how can i tell the movieclip to stick to the guide and follow that using script??

yeah it kinda is but its not all the info I need! there is no way to make a guide actually using ActionScript?? damn!

You can't really create a guide with AS but you can create a path using bezier curve.
