Errr... No, I think I saw a site exactly like his somewhere else before (From the same company). That other guy wasn't spamming, so I think it's just the way that the staff if this Matrix Media company phrase their posts that makes it sound like an ad.

Again, it's up to the mods.

I 'think' that's a spam, but the content of the post actually meet what that forum is dedicated... So, I am going to see if he responds to your reply and go from there... If he does not respond in a week, that probably means that it indeed is a spam... Let's keep an eye on it... Subscribed myself onto that thread... Thanks, guys...
