Does Flex builder and AS 3.0 support languages written right to left such as Arabic and Hebrew?

no. some dudes did an as2 implementation that should work in flex 1.5.

i haven't really solved this yet, but on a connected issue are you familiar with displaying arabic with the classical vowels?
