I am a flash newbie, i have some experience with action script but i am mainly an expert in animation. I would like to create a simple shooter game with a cross hair as the mouse and things popping up. Does anyone have a web page where i can get that tutorial? Thanks

I can't think of a tutorial but there are bound to be example source files at www.flashkit.com/movies/ . Basically you use hitTest to determine if two objects (being the baddy and the cross-hair) are touching when the mouse is clicked. If so the baddie dies and the score is incrimented.
