Moving blinds transition

Hello,

I just created a Presentation using screens/slides. I applied a blinds transition to all the slides. I've got 2 Problems:

1. How do I make the transition to MOVE from left to right, as you can see here: http://www.solingen-city.de/langer/

and,

2. How in God's name can I make the presentation to autoplay all slides without having to press any button (again just like the website example above)?

I would also like to know how to make the slideshow keep playing without clicking it to advance the slides will you share the answer?
