Action Script Developer

We are looking for full-time Action Script developer

Ideal candidate will have proven skills in Action Script 1.0/2.0, in addition to currency in the Flash IDE. They should also have an in-depth understanding of design, usability, and functionality in multi-platform and browser environments.

In addition, candidates should be familiar with full-lifecycle web development, and have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript/DHTML, plus integrating Flash components into HTML web pages with cross-browser compatibility in mind. Direct experience in parsing and processing XML in Flash is crucial for consideration.

Projects range from developing simple widgets to full-blown Flash applications so we’re looking for intermediate to senior level developers with 2 to 3 years of experience who have the flexibility to juggle several tasks at once and can work in deadline-driven environments. They’ll also need the interpersonal skills to work in a team.
