flash programmer for childrens massive multiplayer site

We are building a site that is similiar to www.clubpenguin.com for 6-12 year old kids to learn how to use the Internet properly. This is a project that is going thru all elementary schools in the US.

We need a flash gaming/actionscript guru to be working on creating new content each week.
