Default Better google ranking via xml?

Hi maybe someone can help me on this. I have a flash site which loads most of its content via an xml file. Obviously google can't crawl my flash content, but I wanted to know if it was possible for google to crawl my xml file thus indexing the content of this?
Or as an alternative could I create a html page from this xml document? (without google getting annoyed because I have duplicate content!)
Any pointers would be useful.
Thanks
