Default Inline Frame...But In Flash?

Hi, I'm new to this forum and relatively new to flash in general. I have been using HTML for roughly five years and have recently decided to make the jump to flash to broaden my skills. I am currently working on designing my first flash website and have hit a brick wall in the process.

My problem regards the scroll bars. I can make them work for text no problem, however I am having a little trouble getting them to work with pictures (included with the text). Basically, my intention is to create an inline frame (as in HTML) with the same functions within my flash document.

Heres an example of what I mean:

I assume I have to create a movie symbol with whatever text and images I require, however I'm having a little trouble getting a scroll bar to work with the movie. Am I going about this the right way?

I have searched the web for days now and have yet to find a solution. If anyone can help me at all, I would be greatly appreciative.

Cheers in advance!
