Default set anti-alias for animation from a class

hi,

how can i set the text as anti-alias for animation from within a class?

i have a textfield with a text loaded from a xml file. this textfield is then animated. but the animation is a little bit chunky.

i attached a fla file to this post. one text field is created with as, the other one is set in the flash IDE, and set to "anti-alias for animation". this text moves more smoothly than the other...

You can do that dynamically, but I'm not sure how you can do that within a class..

TextField.antiAliasType property in conjunction with TextField.thickness property and TextField.sharpness property.

Check flash.text.TextRenderer for further info.

But to be able to use it text needs to be embedded, and I think you will need to extend the TextField class but I'm not sure.
