Flex developers needed

Hi,

I'm looking for experienced developers that are able to take on individual projects from home. Home can be any country in the world, as long as you have a good eye for design and are a top notch coder. I currently have 2 developers but I'm starting to have more work than they can handle.

Good clean code done in Action script 3.0 is preferred. You will be working on a wide variety of mostly dynamic flash apps via xml.
