Could someone please PLEASE tell me how to post a flash movie on a web lage because i have no clue if i have to use an HTML code or what i have to use someone please help!

When you create your flash file, in Flash, press F12 to publish it. This will output an html file with allt he necessary code to embed your flash document into html.
