roll over tween

ok, i'm trying to do this animation and i don't know how (new to flash) i have 4 layers of white blocks creating this cool transparent masking animation over rotating photos. i'm trying to get an action that on mouse over they tuck (tween) to the sides, but i want them to do that from whatever position they are at in the timeline. how to do?

when i tried to test it, i got this error:
