Default Preloader SWF

Hey everyone, I have a preloader swf that loads the main flash program. It all works fine, until you are using internet explorer and you press refresh. For some reason it refreshes the loader swf but maintains the loaded swf in the same position and therefore renders the loaded swf unusable.

Has anyone had this problem and found a fix for it yet? I would post all the code but its a bit lengthy and you'll all have seen it before.
I do however think that the problem resides in the way the swf is loaded, heres the code for that
Code:
 	if (percent == 100) {
		delete this.onEnterFrame;
		bar._visible = false;
		container.removeMovieClip();
		this.bar.inf.text = "TBA Loading... 100% complete";
		loadMovie("tba_game.swf", 0);
	}
If anyone can help me out that would be great, thanks
