Default Tiled Background

Hi, can anyone explain how do i make a tiled background that will fit any window size/resolution, without adding scrollbars, as it happens for example in this site: http://www.rootstylestudio.com.mx/ ?
Thanks in advance!

Create a small 40x40 graphic in Fireworks or Photoshop. Create an HTML page, and then use CSS to tile the image:

Code:
<html>
<head>
<style type="text/css" media="screen">
body{
background-image:url(images/tilingbackground.jpg);
background-repeat:repeat;
}
</style>
</head>
<body>

</body>
</html>
