Red face [AS2] Network game over internet ?

How would i go about creating a network that works over internet ?
I want a user to go to website , load the flash then search for other people playing the same game and also waiting and then they play agaist each other.

But how do i do this ?Since i cannot connect them with IP adresses since most pc's nowadays does not have their own live ip .

I would have to do this on the server..but where do i start ?

XMLSocket ?

hey Tenshi.

Yes, as far as I have read XML socket is your best bet. You could probably look at something like AMFPHP too... but I cant be sure.

Theres a couple of posts here in the forums on XMLsocket..
