Question Export to flv or avi while playing

I've such project to be done, user defines some acts of characters one after other and then swf goes on according to that acts, and it is necessary that user was able to export that scene of acts (in other words make a little clip according his scenario) into flv or avi, if you have any idea, your help will be greately appriciated.

Thanks in advance
