Flash Remoting install- Installscript engine is missing

I'm in the process of downloading amfphp, for which I need to download flash remoting components installer.

I have the Flash CS3 Trial version, and am installing Flash Remoting Components for Flash 8 Actionscript 2.0(my file is in as 2.0)

when i install this, i get an error saying:
"The InstallScript engine is missing from this machine..."

I am in the administrator account, so that's not the problem. I downloaded version 8 and then version 9 of the Windows Installer, but that doesn't help either.

anyone have any ideas? thank you

You dont have to install anything to use remoting with cs3
