Seeking Actionscript + Flex Builder 2 $$

Hello AS'ers,

I am looking to hire someone to apply a dynamically resizing image component to my flex builder application. The image function i am looking for is similar to http://www.gertdesign.info/kirupa/shadow_resize.zip. The component would get the image urls out of the XML file's item component when called and load the images and do its thang. Please contact me if you are at all interested. I am looking to pay around $100 to have this done, however the price is negotiable.
