New Version doesnt unlock!!

Hi

We purchased v1 and was given a 'special' link to download from.

I just download 1.01 but cannot get it to write projector even though it shows as registered.

I understood that you just donwloaded the trial version like everyone else and once purchased you were sent an unlock serial number.

Why would you need to download the software from a 'special' link ??
