Default small question to upload flash 8 files to sever

I am at the critical point to upload my all flash files to the web.
And I don't know where to start + i am afraid to make a wrong manip.
Sbdy could guide me to a good tuto to ease my pain ??

what exactly do you want to do?
you want to upload your files to your server? FTP them into their appropriate directories. put the .swf up and the .html page that holds it up. Noone here can give you a tutorial on that. if its your server then only you know how its set up.
