Chromless Standalone Window

Is there a way to make a flash projector .exe file chromless or borderless? I know in JavaScript it can be done, but if possible I'd like to stay out of a IE browser. How could I accomplish this?

The iceProjector 1.0 create windowless flash projector that do more than chromless and borderless effect. You may download the trial to see if it meet your requirement.
