For the life of me, I can't figure out how to control the volume of this movie with javascript.
I'm using a timeline from circavie (www.circavie.com). It's a pretty sweet app. You just plug in your info, and it creates your flash file for you. Anyway, one if it's features is embedding YouTube videos. Right now I'm using a hidden div to allow the timeline to "expand" on my homepage. When the user "closes" the div (i.e. sets the div visibility to hidden), I need the YouTube video to stop playing. You can see what I'm talking about here: http://edlabor.house.gov/index5.shtml. I've tried a few different things to control the sound that I found online, but none of them seemed to work. I also tried just stopping the movie entirely, but that didn't work either. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Will |
