Importing files to stage, in sequence

Hi everyone,

I heard you could import files to stage and flash could automatically put them in sequence on the timeline (so 1.jpg would go on frame one, 2.jpg on frame two etc) - I couldnt get this to happen so put all 200 of my photos in the library then manually onto the stage/frames in sequence.

Does anyone know how to import automatically in sequence/ how the files must be correctly titled?

(I'm using Flash Professional 8.0 if that makes any difference!)

Howdy and Welcome...

I believe that Flash detects it based on the file name... So, if the file names are sequenced like image1.jpg, image2.jpg, image3.jpg and so on, you could get that feature working...
