Default Downgrading from AS3 to AS2?

Is it possible to take an AS3 fla file and downgrade it to an AS2 project?

I ask because I am an AS amateur that made his bones on AS2 and honestly I don't feel like re-learning anything else.

I know I can copy and paste all the elements from each FLA into the other and manually rebuild it but I'll have to remake all of my keyframes.

I tried searching but got nothing (vBulletin search blows.)

You can choose ActionScript version in the Publish Settings.

I don't believe there is any quick fix for doing this. I think your best option is to change the actionscript version as mentioned by dr_zeus.

Doing this will more than likely invalidate parts of you code which essentially have to be reverse engineered from AS3 to AS2 code.

Good luck
