Smile Site check plz...

Guyz... can u plz see this site and gimme ur feedback??? This is a site that I made for our association. It has both flash and HTML versions. One of the highlights is the 'snaps' section on the right side of the page.

not my taste, but here is little advice.

That picture on start of site where you choose Flash or HTML is 260kb and that is too much. Change it to be faster.
