Hi,
is it possible to launch a video file (wmv file) using an external application like Window Media Player ?
Thanks.

Default it seems to be...no

I had an answer when consulting the Adobe Air FAQ :

http://labs.adobe.com/wiki/index.php/AIReveloper_FAQ#Will_Adobe_AIR_applications_be_a ble_to_directly_launch_native_applications.3F

the answer is no... not for version1 of Air
(in the version2 draft, maybe...)
