Arrow Using flash AS a frame ??

ok heres my query,
it HTML u can set frames easy blah blah blah...
and in them frame u can have flash movies..
i want know know if u can do vice-versa...
if u can open a html document INSIDE a flash (not a pop-up)

for example, i seen jesse's HTML text in a dynamic text box tutorial and thats kewl, but i wanna know if it is able not just to open text but to open the WHOLE html document itself ?

P.S!-- for ppl who abuse the forum.. (i been reading some other forum threads and when some ppl dont get there question answered they abuse the ppl tryin to help them ? WHAT ARE WRONG WITH ALL OF U PPL WHO DO THAT! these ppl choose to help you and r not ur slaves so SHUT UP N BE NICE or dont expect there help anymore)

nope, can't embed html inside of flash. the textbox can take in some html fomated text, but only html 1.0. no <img> no <table>, very basic only.
