Red face Fading Images for website banner

I'm trying to create a flash banner for a website. The size of the banner is (586*131 px). I want to have 3 or 4 images smoothly fading in and out in the banner randomly. How can i do this using external jpgs?

//tween _alpha fade out my_arrayofjpgs[num-1]
//mytween onmotionfinished function inside,
//new tween _alpha fade in inside the onmotionfinished for my_arrayofjpgs[num]
