Default Were-Here, No Longer There

I just got an e-mail about the loss of the Were-Here Flash resource.

You can read the letter here.

I wonder where all that Flash content went.

That's weird, just yesterday I was looking for were-here and couldnt find it. Good timing me.

They should have at least auctioned it off... well, at least to someone willing to continue to run it. That was the first Flash forum I was ever involved with. Its sad to see it gone.

Yeah, before Erain took over, there was some downtime that was the result of the owners ... being involved in a car accident? Or something. The servers were iffy for a while there and then it just went dark. Most of the older users ended up at 12stone then and never came back, even when Erain came in, myself included (well, not so much going to 12stone - I didn't think it was so hot there - but I didn't like the Erain forums). It's sucked ever since.

Yeah... That pretty much was what's happened... Somehow I really hated 12stone though... Don't know why...
