always on top?

Is there any way to not have the "ice projector produced flash" be always on top?

If you click a link in the swf, it takes you to the page but the swf is still on top.

Also, is there a way to go 100% screen size? so that the all resolutions can see it equally (like most people do in HTML)???

looks like I may be able to ues the spritebound to make the 100% (right?)... but I still need to know about the always on top... thanks -

fscommand("fas.Win.OnTop","FALSE");
