Default Email form coming up as undefined??

Hi all,

I have created an email form using flash and php. The form works and sends the text fields fine but i have a ComboBox in there and after following a few tuts managed to get the values to show in it. But when i get the email where the value for the ComboBox should be it just says Undefined.

Does anyone have any ideas or if you need to see the files i have attached them.

Cheers
