I want to implement functionality for my application so that If a user's PC does not have AIR installed (I'm using version air_b3_win_121207 and Flex Builder 3) then it should automatically install it on user's system prior to installing the application. I was going through this forum and the sample applications on Adobe's website. I could see that the latter have such functionality in built in them and I believe its due to "Install Badge". I dunno how to use/implement it.
Can someone help please. |

You'll need to grab a copy of the AIR SDK for that. Inside there is a folder called samples (containing the install badge) and a folder called source (if you want to modify the badge's fla). The readme.txt inside the samples folder explains the rest.
